Hansainvest has acquired two office buildings in the centre of Cologne on behalf of a special fund. The buildings RheinPalais and RheinAtrium are located beside the river Rhine and total a rental area of approx. 16,000 sqm together. The entire investment volume amounts to approx. €55 million. The seller is the quarter developer Vivico.
A Linklaters team led by Roland Fabian provided advice to Hansainvest. The team also included Marc Oliver Banzhaf (both real estate and tax), Carsten Bremer and Daniel Buchinger (both real estate).
Linklaters had already advised Hansainvest on several real estate acquisitions for funds in the UK before.
