Linklaters has advised the borrower on the £340m debt refinancing for Telereal Trillium, the property investment arm of the William Pears Group.
This is one of the biggest real estate finance transactions this year and is secured against a portfolio of properties that form part of Telereal Trillium’s core outsourcing contracts.
