Linklaters advises Dassault Systèmes on its acquisition of Exalead

Linklaters has advised Dassault Systèmes, a world leader in 3D and Product Lifecycle Management solutions, on its €135 million acquisition of Exalead, a leading provider of search platforms and search-based applications for consumer and business users.

The Linklaters team was led by corporate partner Marc Loy, and corporate associate Marc Petitier, in Paris. They were assisted by Laure Varachas and Christophe Carrière in corporate. Jérôme Cordier, counsel and Chek-Lhy Alice Luu advised on the employment aspects of the transaction.
