Düsseldorf, 20 January 2012. The Deutsche Annington Immobilien Group has agreed with B&O Service- und Messtechnik AG on establishing a joint venture in the field of facility management and maintenance. The joint venture provides skilled manual work in relation to housing units managed by Deutsche Annington in the Rhineland and will be extended from the Rhineland to the whole of Germany in two stages to be completed by 2013.
Deutsche Annington Immobilien Group, which lets and manages about 220,000 flats and has more than 1,100 employees, is one of the leading German residential property companies. It offers flats to let and for sale in about 610 locations in Germany, complemented by customer-oriented services.
B&O renovates over 18,000 flats every year and services 412,000 flats, making it a market leader in residential building renovation, improvement and maintenance.
A Linklaters team led by Dr Nikolaos Paschos and Dr Tim Johannsen-Roth (corporate/M&A, Düsseldorf) has advised Deutsche Annington comprehensively in connection with the joint venture.
