Linklaters has advised UBS and Deutsche Bank on the IPO of DKSH Holding AG on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The IPO, with a value of approximately CHF 900m, is the largest in Switzerland since 2006.
UBS Investment Bank and Deutsche Bank are the joint global co-ordinators of the IPO. DKSH is a leading market expansion services provider in Asia and, with sales of CHF7.3bn in 2011, one of Switzerland’s top 20 companies.
