Linklaters appoints Marc Harvey and Celia Lam as new joint China Region Managing Partners

Linklaters today announces the appointment of Marc Harvey and Celia Lam as the new joint China Region Managing Partners. The appointments take effect immediately and are for a period of four years. These appointments recognise the importance of a fully integrated China client offering spanning the three centres of Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Marc and Celia replace Zili Shao who led the China practice for 10 years and was recently appointed Asia Managing Partner. Marc has been head of Linklaters' Hong Kong Office since 2004 and will continue in his capacity as head of the firm’s regional litigation and arbitration practice. Celia has been head of the firm’s Beijing office since 2004 and will continue to work in the corporate and capital markets practices in China.
