Linklaters has appointed Federica Barbero as managing associate and head of the employment practice in Italy.

Federica has joined Linklaters from leading Italian law firm Bonelli Erede Pappalardo in Milan.

During her ten years at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, she gained extensive experience in every area of employment law, including the management of procedures connected to transfer of undertakings, corporate restructurings, the outsourcing of businesses and drafting of outsourcing agreements, handling of out-of-court transactions and employment litigation, in addition to drafting directors' and managers’ compensation packages and negotiating settlement agreements.

Federica will build the employment team further over the coming year.
