Linklaters Tops M&A League Tables in Q3 Results

Linklaters has been named the leading legal M&A adviser by value for European, European – counsel to principals, cross-border and UK announced deals according to Bloomberg in the Q3 league table results. The firm was also placed first for European, European – counsel to principals and Benelux deals by volume. In addition, Linklaters ranks top for global announced M&A by value in the financial sector.

Mergermarket positions Linklaters first by value for global mid-market, European mid-market, Asia Pacific (excl-Japan), UK, French, Benelux and Nordic announced deals. Linklaters also leads the Mergermarket tables by volume for global mid-market, European, European mid-market, UK and French announced deals.

The firm is positioned first by value for UK, French, Benelux and Nordic announced deals according to Thomson Reuters. Linklaters also tops the tables by value for announced M&A in the financial, materials, and energy and power sectors. Furthermore, Thomson Reuters ranks Linklaters first for Benelux and Nordic completed deals by value.
