Linklaters appoints new managing partner for Luxembourg

Linklaters has appointed Freddy Brausch as its new Luxembourg managing partner, with effect from 15 March 2010, for a four year term. Freddy replaces Patrick Geortay, Francine Keiser and Jean-Paul Spang who are returning to full-time client work.
Freddy, a partner since 1987, specialises in investment funds and investment management law and in financial regulation.
Jean-Pierre Blumberg, Linklaters' European Managing Partner, said:
