Linklaters announces senior leadership appointments

Linklaters announces three senior leadership appointments, with effect from 1 May 2010:
- Divisional Practice Head – Corporate: Jeremy Parr
- Regional Managing Partner – Americas: John Turnbull
- Global Practice Head – Litigation: Marc Harvey
Jeremy Parr takes over as Divisional Practice Head - Corporate from David Barnes, who stands down and returns to full-time client work. John Turnbull takes over as Regional Managing Partner - Americas from John Tucker, who remains as Divisional Practice Head - Finance & Projects.
Both roles are part of the firm’s Executive Committee, which is chaired by the Firmwide Managing Partner and is responsible for the management of the firm.
Litigation partner Marc Harvey takes over as Global Practice Head – Litigation from Françoise Lefèvre, who returns to full-time client work.
In addition, Robert Elliott has been reappointed as Global Practice Head - Banking, and Tony Bugg has been reappointed Global Practice Head - Restructuring & Insolvency.
