Paul is widely regarded as one of the top public law practitioners in France and is ranked in the top tier for both Public Law and PFI/PPP by Chambers Europe 2010.

Jean-Pierre Blumberg, Managing Partner - Europe, said:

"Paul has an outstanding track-record in both practice and management and I look forward to working with him to build on Arnaud’s achievements, as we continue to strengthen our reputation and to deepen relationships with our clients."
