Linklaters appoints new Global HR Director

Linklaters announces the appointment of Chris Lynch as the firm’s new Global HR Director.
Chris joins Linklaters in mid February 2012 from Herbert Smith, where she has been Global Head of Human Resources since 2008. Her priorities have been around aligning the firm's HR team to its strategy and focusing on talent management and performance management.
Chris’ role at Linklaters will include the development of the firm’s people strategy, agreeing diversity action plans, and identifying and supporting talent within the firm.
Peter Hickman, Linklaters Chief Finance and Operations Officer, said:

Chris will be based in London. She replaces Jill King, who retired from Linklaters in October 2011.
