Linklaters today announces the election of Patrice Doat, a leading French capital markets lawyer, as a partner in its Paris office.
Patrice Doat joins Linklaters from the French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, where he started in 1994 and became partner in 2004. Highly experienced in the Paris and pan-European market, he brings significant expertise in securitisation and structured products, including covered bonds.
His expertise and background will strengthen Linklaters' capital markets capabilities both in France and globally and will further enhance the firm’s position as the leading legal adviser on complex and international structured finance matters.
