Linklaters appoints Jeff Norton and Conrado Tenaglia US co-managing partners for the US

Linklaters today announces that Jeff Norton and Conrado Tenaglia have been appointed as co-managing partners for the US. The pair will succeed Larry Byrne and Nick Rees, whose four-year term as co-managing partners ended on 30 April 2011.

Jeff Norton is the co-head of Linklaters’ US banking practice and has been with the New York office for six years. Jeff has more than 20 years of experience representing lead arrangers, underwriters and issuers in complex domestic and cross-border leveraged debt and high-yield transactions.

Conrado Tenaglia is a US and UK qualified partner who recently relocated to the New York office. He previously served as co-managing partner for Spain, in Linklaters’ Madrid office until earlier this year. He has an international finance background focusing on cross-border finance transactions in the capital markets and banking areas, acting primarily for lenders / underwriters, and borrower / issuers.
