Janusz Dzianachowski as a newly announced partner

Janusz Dzianachowski, who is an attorney-at-law at the Linklaters’ Warsaw office, will become one of its partners. Since the beginning of his work for Linklaters, Janusz has been advising across the full spectrum of real estate transactions.
With a wealth of experience in advising Polish and foreign clients, including investors, developers and construction companies, Janusz specialises in real estate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of real properties, sale and lease-back as well as cross-border transactions. He provides legal assistance in transactions concerning the acquisition of land and land development during logistics, commercial and office investment projects. He has worked on numerous significant real property transactions performed on the Polish market.

Janusz Dzianachowski will become the seventh partner of the Linklaters law firm
in Poland. The promotion takes effect on 1 May 2017. He will join the following partners: Artur Kulawski, Cezary Wiśniewski, Tomasz Żórawski, Daniel Cousens, Jarosław Miller and Małgorzata Szwaj.
