Linklaters appoints two new Executive Committee members

Linklaters is pleased to announce that Nathalie Hobbs and Tom Shropshire have joined the Linklaters Executive Committee (ExCom), the firm’s most senior management group. Nathalie joins as newly appointed Regional Managing Partner for Asia and Tom as head of the Global U.S. Practice.

Nathalie, a senior banking and private equity partner based in Hong Kong, joined Linklaters’ London office in 1991 and specialises in cross-border leveraged finance and acquisition financing. From February 2005 to December 2008 she was joint Managing Partner of Linklaters’ Paris office.

Tom began his career at Linklaters in 1998 and has been a U.S. corporate partner in London since 2006. He is also one of the architects of the firm’s Operational Intelligence Group which is a global, multi-disciplinary team dedicated to helping clients effectively address the increasing risk, regulatory and governance challenges they face in their businesses.

Tom takes over from Scott Bowie, who will be retiring from the partnership after more than a decade with the firm and Nathalie takes over from Marc Harvey who will work closely with her to ensure a smooth and effective transition.
