Seminar description
The shape and nature of bonus opportunities play an important role in attracting and retaining talented staff.  The legal regulation around bonuses in Hong Kong can, however, be tricky and create some unforeseen consequences. Additionally, financial institutions now also need to consider the international standards on sound remuneration practices  which regulators in Hong Kong have indicated they expect financial institutions to follow. This briefing will explore a number of these issues and potential solutions.
