Amendments to Rule 16 (management incentivisation arrangements), Note 8 to Rule 9.1 (chain principle bids), Rule 12.2 (restrictions on an offeror after it is refused or decided not to pursue competition clearance) and Rule 26 (display documents must now be put on a website) of the Takeover Code came into force on 25 January 2010.
