  The FSA is consulting on changing the Disclosure and Transparency Rules to clarify that an issuer is not obliged to verify notifications of interests in shares that it receives under DTR 5.
• Audit fees disclosure
  Regulations providing that large companies must disclose audit and non-audit services provided by their auditor and fees receivable in respect of those services have been amended.
