In this issue we carry out a detailed review of the Commission’s proposals to reform European data protection laws and look at the updates to our Data Protected report.
We will be holding our Annual Data Protection Seminar on 26 April 2012 in London in association with the Commerce & Industry Group. The seminar will tackle current issues in privacy and data protection and the keynote speakers will be Suzanne Rodway, Chief Privacy Officer at NBC Universal, and Dave Evans, the Information Commissioner’s Head of Business and Industry Group.
