In this edition of the Pensions Ombudsman Focus several of the determinations are concerned with redundancy. In one of the determinations the Deputy Ombudsman said that a scheme manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of forecasts of benefits available on redundancy and for the foreseeable consequences of failure to do so.
