Seminar Description
In the course of the last year we have seen new laws and codes of practice, institutions have modernised their rules and the courts of different countries have handed down a series of ground-breaking decisions.
Linklaters international arbitration specialists have been in the thick of the action, working to develop these rules and try them out, streamline the process of arbitration and maximise its flexibility and efficiency.
The Linklaters international arbitration group will be hosting seminars in Moscow, London and Frankfurt where we and outside experts will share our experiences and insights with you. We hope you and your colleagues can join us.
