An overview of corporate governance
In the hope that we can help our busy clients to track current corporate governance developments more easily, we identify the main recent and pending developments affecting UK listed companies in The Matrix.
This aims to put UK, EU and US regulatory developments relating to corporate governance, remuneration and corporate social responsibility in context. It also contains links to relevant documents.
It is a sign of the times that the hard copy version of The Matrix has tripled in length since its first edition (which covered what then seemed a plethora of developments) just over 10 years ago.
We have also published a short briefing, Keeping up with Corporate Governance, which gives an overview of the most important current developments affecting companies in 2013.
The Matrix has been updated to 14 February 2013.
