Community Investment, Italy, Abruzzi earthquake
Following the 2009 L'Aquila earthquake, Linklaters made a generous corporate donation to the Red Cross. In addition, many of our people made personal donations. Using our local connections in Abruzzi, we targeted these donations, purchasing items including five fully-equipped tents, 20 sleeping bags, 20 camp beds and kitchen equipment to support an elementary school, infirmary, and housing for homeless families.
