Community Investment, Germany, Alexander-Puschkin-Oberschule
Our Berlin office has been involved in volunteering with the Alexander-Puschkin-Oberschule since 2007. The school is in a borough with high unemployment and a substantial immigrant population. We offer training sessions for the children on how to complete job applications, interview skills and how to create an overall good impression. The children attend our offices to participate in mock job interviews from which they are given immediate feedback. Employers often complain about the low standard of applications and the pupils therefore benefit greatly from this additional training.
