Community Investment, Asia, Room to Read
We have donated towards the “Local Language Publishing Project” organised through Room to Read which enables books to be published and distributed to children in the many Room to Read schools in Asia. Each book is written and illustrated by local authors and artists with each title printed in the country of origin thus supporting local industry and creating jobs. Each book is written in the local language (e.g. Cambodian, Thai, Laotian, Vietnamese, Tamil etc.). We are currently sponsoring the establishment of three libraries within Asia, to further assist children to read and learn.
