People, London, Using the global engagement survey to build an action plan
In our London Litigation department, the results from the engagement survey were shared with the all members of the team and ideas for future focus were discussed as part of a facilitated workshop. The department has now developed a plan with specific actions focusing upon those areas which were judged to be most important. The actions include developing a new approach to work allocation and supervision of junior lawyers, as well as the creation of a working group to identify and enable greater opportunities for flexible working.
