People, Tokyo, sing the global engagement survey to build an action plan
In Tokyo, the engagement survey initiated discussions on subjects which had been identified as being of particular importance to the office. These discussions focused upon possible ideas and solutions on topics ranging from technical training to giving and receiving feedback. In response, the office has set specific targets for future improvement across a variety of metrics and these have been shared with all lawyers and business services staff in the form of an action plan.
