People, London, Using the global engagement survey to build an action plan
Following results of our 2010 engagement survey, our London Litigation department has developed a new approach to work allocation and supervision of junior lawyers, as well as creating a working group to identify and enable greater opportunities for flexible working. The feedback from these initiatives has been positive. Further discussions will take place to consider which areas the department can most helpfully focus on over the coming year.
