People, Paris, Response to the Engagement Survey
With a 61% participation rate, Paris office lawyers and staff demonstrated a high degree of interest in the Global Engagement Survey. Paris secretaries indicated that they feel that dedicated training currently proposed is not sufficient to help them to develop their skills. In response, we developed an English Business Writing Skills course, delivered by an external provider. Native English-speaking secretaries in the office will not be neglected as a similar training course is being developed to enable them to work on their French writing skills.
