Markets and Clients, Italy, UN Project
Linklaters in Italy has participated in a UN sponsored project aimed at investigating and strengthening the relationship between corporate law rules and practices and the respect for human rights. Some 44 jurisdictions are being explored with Linklaters in Italy tasked with covering Italy and coordinating the research in Morocco, Algeria and Egypt. The reports will be published by the UN who will make recommendations to states and businesses.
