  • Deloitte as administrator in connection with the administration of UK china and ceramics retailer Waterford Wedgwood
  • Deloitte as joint administrators of the UK retailer Woolworths plc in connection with  the administration of the UK national retailer
  • Ferretti SpA, the Italian luxury yacht manufacturer, in connection with the ongoing restructuring of its €1.2bn  leveraged debt facilities
  • Oaktree Capital in relation to the proposed restructuring via debt for equity swap for UK estate agency group Countrywide Plc
  • the senior lender steering committees on the restructuring of UK house builders McCarthy & Stone and Crest Nicholson
  • an affiliate of Sun European Partners, LLP on the acquisition of UK sofa retailer ScS Upholstery Plc’s sole trading subsidiary, a transaction that was structured as a pre-packaged administration
  • the award winning US$6.6bn SIV managed by Cheyne Capital
  • PricewaterhouseCoopers as administrators of Enron Europe (equivalent to 40% of the Enron Group overall) - one of the largest insolvency deals
