Arnaud specialises in pre-contentious and litigation matters, in the fields of M&A (including public tender offers), director’s liability, contract law, stock-market regulation and white collar crime. He regularly pleads before the French civil, commercial and criminal courts, as well as before specialist jurisdictions such as the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers). He also acts as counsel in arbitration proceedings and is on the panel of arbitrators for the ICC French National Committee.
After having spent 6 years as National Managing Partner for the Paris office, Arnaud has recently been appointed Divisional Practice Head for the Commercial Division worldwide. The Commercial Division at Linklaters comprises the following practices:
