Casper joined Linklaters over 25 years ago and specializes in M&A and corporate finance, especially on cross-border transactions.

He has broad international experience, having spent approximately half his career in the UK and half in four other countries. He headed Linklaters’ Japanese M&A team for nearly five years, during which time the team reached top tier in all the major legal directories. He also opened Linklaters’ first German law office, which he headed for approximately four years leading up to Linklaters’ merger with Oppenhoff & Rädler. He has also been based in New York previously, as well as in Sydney.
