- acting for the investors on the investment and development refinancing of the More London estate
- acting for ABN AMRO Principal Finance on the opco/propco refinancing and securitisation of its acquisition of Priory Healthcare from Doughty Hanson
- advising MEPC on its £470m refinancing of four business parks in the UK and the subsequent securitisation through Eurohypo’s Opera platform
- advising JPMorgan as arranger in connection with the financing of the acquisition by ING (UK) Listed Real Estate of a portfolio of properties being sold by Scottish Mutual and Scottish Provident
- acting for The Royal Bank of Scotland as arranger of financing for the acquisition of the Criterion, Piccadilly Circus and the Trocadero, Leicester Square by Golfrate
- acting for Fortress Investment Group LLC as investment adviser to Eurocastle Limited and its subsidiaries on the financing and acquisition of a €300m portfolio of 109 properties in Germany from Deutsche Bank
