Experience
Fabrice has many years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and in LBO transactions of public and private companies. He advises leading industrial and financial entities and investment funds in transactions such as acquisitions, buy-outs, restructurings or introductions to the various stock markets. He joined Linklaters in Paris in 2001 as partner to head the Private Equity activity and is now Head of the Corporate department.
Recent transactions of significance where substantial involvement can be disclosed have included advising:
- L Capital (the PE fund of LVMH/Groupe Arnault) on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of The Renwick Group PLC (2008)
- Carlyle on their acquisition of 35% of the French cable operators Numericable and Completel (2007)
- A consortium composed of Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, AXA Infrastructure Investment and Séché Environnement on the acquisition of Saur Group from PAI Partners (2007)
- CVC Private Equity on the acquisition of the Fraikin Group from Eurazeo (2006)
- Bridgepoint Capital S.A.S on its acquisition of Groupe Moniteur (2006)
- Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking on its acquisition of Heinz's European Seafood Business from H.J. Heinz Company (2006)
- AXA IM Private Equity on its acquisition of Gerflor (2006)
- Chequers Capital on the public buy out transaction of a majority stake in International Metal Services (2004)
- Frégate SAS on a public buy out transaction on Legris Industries (2003)
- Wendel Investissement and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co on the public buy out acquisition of the Legrand group from Schneider Electric (2002)
