Specialist in international securities work, both debt and equity, with a particular emphasis on financings in Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS region. His work encompasses straight debt, equity-linked products, shares and depositary receipts as well as structured transactions.
Recent transactions for which involvement can be disclosed include:
- advising Barclays Capital on the establishment of an MTN Programme for Getin Bank of Poland
- advising the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic on its EUR 3,000,000,000 Debt Instrument Programme and issuance of EUR 1,500,000,000 Instruments thereunder
- advising the Czech Republic on the establishment of its Euro MTN Programme
- advising the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on its sovereign bond financing since 2004, in aggregate amount of USD 4 billion
