His recent transactions include advising trustees and other service providers on: debt, equity-linked and liability management transactions; Russian, Ukrainian and other CEE financings, including LPNs, innovative Russian structured products and covenanted CEE financings; securitisations, project bonds and a range of structured products; PFI and renewables deals; Islamic finance, including sukuks; loan facilities; amendments to bonds and restructurings; potential and actual defaults. He also advises depositaries on GDR issues.
