- J Sainsbury plc on the unsuccessful takeover proposals by, respectively, a consortium led by CVC and the Quatar Investment Authority
- Rio Tinto on the carve out disposal of a majority stake in its Engineered Products business to private equity funds managed by Apollo and subsequent JV arrangements
- Marubeni Corporation on its acquisition of a stake in DONG Energy’s UK windfarm portfolio and subsequent JV arrangements
