- Advising on the reorganisation of the Polish national grid company and in particular on the unbundling of the transmission system operator’s activities from other areas of business of PGE including energy wholesale supply.
- Advising Tele2 AB on the disposal of shares in its Polish subsidiary.
- Advising The Linde Group AG on the disposal of BOC Gazy in Poland.
- Advising Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. on the purchase of the remaining 34% stake in the mobile telephone operator, PTK Centertel trading under the Idea GSM brand, from France Telecom.
- Advising on the privatization of the Polish national oil and gas company PGNiG by way of an international and domestic IPO.
- Advising AXA Investment Managers Deutschland GmbH on the acquisition of 49% of the shares in five companies holding jointly a commercial real property portfolio worth over €145m.
- Advising Discovery Communications Europe in relation to a joint venture with TVN (the third largest public TV channel in Poland) to operate a Polish History Channel.
- Advising a subsidiary of the Polish National Grid on the purchase of 85% of the shares in the heat and power plant ZEC Bydgoszcz by way of its privatisation.
