Experience

Marianne, partner and head of the IP/TMT team, has been in the Paris office since November 2000. She has a wide experience in all areas of intellectual property and has a particular expertise in national and pan-European patent litigation (healthcare, pharmaceutical, chemistry, high technology, electronics, and telecommunications). She advises her clients in the negotiation and the drafting of their intellectual property agreements. She works closely with customs in the context of parallel imports. She also advises on Mergers & Acquisitions, LBO and Capital Market transactions.

Marianne is also global Co-head of the Media & Entertainment sector at Linklaters LLP. This role reinforces her position as a lead advisor in cases relating to media law.

Marianne chairs the Commission for the Revision of the Articles of the Association Française des Praticiens du droit des Marques et des Modèles (APRAM), an association of trade mark and design practitioners. She is a member of the Translators Committee of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and Secretary of the question on the impact of co-ownership of Intellectual Property Rights on their exploitation, member of the Licensing Executive Society (LES), the Enforcement Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Association des Praticiens Européens des Brevets (APEB), an association of European patent practitioners and the working group on the relationship between lawyers and judges within the IP Commission of the Paris Bar.

Marianne is speaking at many conferences and is lecturer in the Advanced Post Master, Research and Valorisation of the IP, Poitiers University.
