Overview

Jan joined Linklaters in 2021. He holds a Master of Law from Ghent University, as well as a complementary Master of Tax Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Jan has gained particular experience in corporate and personal income tax (incl. carried interest structures, option plans, MIPs), VAT and tax litigation. 

Professional experience

Jan is also an assistant at the Institute for tax law at the Ghent University and regularly publishes tax articles.

Education and qualifications

Jan holds a Master of Law from Ghent University, as well as a complementary Master of Tax Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Jan speaks Dutch, English and French.
