People, Launch of Senior Manager Milestone
The development of the senior manager milestone training programme began last year with a detailed training needs analysis, where a number of senior managers and directors were interviewed. Moller PSF Group were selected to develop and deliver the milestone, which incorporated four key areas: business understanding; strategic thinking; influencing; and leading change. Individual topics included vision for business services, leadership pitches, how the business services function adds value, perceptual positioning and change leadership.
