Community Investment, Poland, Warsaw Tax Practice
Advisors from the Warsaw tax practice became involved in comprehensive assistance for non-governmental organisations, in relation to tax law. They participated in an expert group which prepared a draft recommendation to the VAT Act concerning a tax waiver on pro bono legal advice. The draft prepared is currently being examined by the Citizen Friendly State Commission. Recently, Linklaters tax team have received an award from leading Polish newspaper “Rzeczpospolita” for their pro bono programme.
