David Adler

David has extensive experience representing and advising underwriters, issuers and private equity sponsors in connection with high yield offerings and acquisition financings, including offerings for Multiversity, Europcar, Philips Domestic Appliances, Casino, CGG, Rubis Terminal, Q-Park and Cognita.

Work highlights 

David has also advised clients with respect to a wide range of other debt (Yankee bonds, MTNs and commercial paper) and equity (IPOs, rights offerings, block trades) transactions. These include, among others, advising on initial public offerings for Exclusive Networks, Unifiedpast, Nexi, Pirelli, DoBank, Unieuro, Neoen and SMCP and bond offerings for Sodexo, Air Liquide, Société Générale, BFCM, BPCE and Atos.

David holds a B.A. in International Relations from New York University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School.
