Overview

Faustine is a Managing Associate in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications team of Linklaters in Paris. She assists both domestic and multinational clients on the digitalization of their activities, with a particular focus on data protection, information technology and cybersecurity-related matters. 

Faustine has developed an expertise across all types of sectors in cross-border GDPR compliance programmes and data protection-related matters, including investigations initiated by the French Data Protection Act. She is also specialized in the drafting and negotiation of IT agreements as well as IT-related litigation on both service providers and clients’ sides.

Faustine is very active in the gaming sector and assists leading gaming companies with their tech and privacy matters at all stages of the video game value chain. She also gave a class to master’s degree students at Sorbonne University in Paris on the impact of data protection and cybersecurity in the video game sector.

Before joining Linklaters, Faustine was part of the Tech and Data team of another magic circle firm for four and a half years.

  • A global software solutions and IT services provider: on the management of a cyber security breach on both data protection aspects vis-à-vis data subjects and relevant supervisory authority and contractual commitment vis-à-vis customers.
