Linklaters advises Anbang Insurance Group on the sale of Fidea NV to Baloise
Linklaters has advised as The Baloise Group entered into a definitive agreement with Anbang Insurance Group (Anbang) under which the Basel headquartered company, will acquire the Belgian multi-sector insurer Fidea NV from the Chinese group for €480 million.
The transaction has yet to be approved by the relevant competition and regulatory authorities and is expected to be completed during the second half of this year.
