He has broad experience advising corporates and financial institutions on a wide range of litigation matters. He is a doctor in law, and has nearly 20 years’ experience as a university professor and is currently a tenured professor in litigation at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. He has published more than 20 books, articles and commentaries on a broad range of procedural matters, and is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences on litigation and insolvency issues. he is also one the individuals included in the list of arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration of Madrid.
