Linklaters advises RGREEN Invest SAS on its acquisition of an equity stake in DataQube
Linklaters has advised RGREEN INVEST SAS, a management company dedicated to infrastructure and green technology investments, on its acquisition of an equity stake in DataQube based in the United Kingdom and in Luxembourg.
DataQube has developed the world's first standalone edge eco-responsible data centre module. These breakthrough 100 kW modules can be installed in less than 6 months in any location and have a reduced energy consumption.
Invested through its INFRAGREEN IV fund, this is RGREEN INVEST's first venture in the data centre industry.
