Recent significant matters in which Anne has been involved include advising: 

  • Plastic Omnium in the acquisition of full ownership of HBPO.
  • A multinational company in relation to private enforcement litigation before French courts.
  • A multinational company (consumer goods) in the context of an investigation beforethe French competition authority.
  • ENGIE on the acquisitions of several renewable energy production assets.
  • Various clients active in the life sciences sector in relation their relationships with their distributors (both advisory and contentious matters).
  • Various clients in relation to the update of the vertical block exemption regulation and its consequences for their business model. 

Professional experience

Before joining Linklaters, Anne worked in the Competition practices of several French and international law firms based in Paris. 

Education and qualifications

Anne holds a Master 1 in Comparative Law from the University Paris II (France) and the University of Oxford (UK), a Master 2 in Business and Tax Law (DJCE) from the University of Montpellier and a LLM in Competition Law from King’s College University (UK).
